Mr. Miller is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully led the closing of over 50 transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. His professional experience includes serving as the Presiding Officer for the Texas Emerging Technology Fund for the State of Texas and leading accretive transactions and exits when in the role of President and/or CEO. David has a widely diverse background exemplified by transactions in many sectors including: agriculture, life sciences, engineering, telecommunications, SAAS, oil and gas, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and health care. He currently leads an agri-tech fund focused on Texas Tech University and the West Texas region. David earned his Juris Doctor and MBA degrees from Texas Tech University.
